RAISING FUNDS FOR A GOOD CAUSE: The Filmmakers' Gallery Proudly Presents the LGBTQ film,“THROUPLE” -happening on Thursday, August 27th with Special Guest, Screenwriter/Star, Michael Doshier at The Mary Pickford Theater from 6-10pm.
Special Guest Moderator will be George Sinatra with THE CENTER Palm Springs! 20% of all ticket proceeds will benefit The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert.
About the Film: A lonely gay singer-songwriter learns how to ask for what he wants in life through a newfound romance with an honest and communicative married couple. All the while, he fears losing his best friend to her girlfriend. THROUPLE sold out screenings at festivals worldwide, garnered raves in Esquire and Queerty, and its screenplay was inducted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Core Collection. It was released theatrically in 2025 by Dekkoo.
Steven and I love being Event Producers for our non-profit organization, The Filmmakers' Gallery and to bring the community here in the desert together and to raise awareness about recent and classic LGBTQ films.
