Academy Award-winning Actor/Dancer/Singer, George Chakiris Received The 3rd Margaret O'Brien Legend Award in 2022 for The Filmmakers' Gallery: Special Guests Screening Series MOLA Celebration & "WEST SIDE STORY" Screening with a Q&A before the film.

Special thanks to Mary Pickford Theatre is D'Place for working with The Filmmakers' Gallery on important events for our community here like this one as well as The DSI: Down Syndrome International Film Festival and sell our Gay Shorts Seasonal Screenings that now happen there 4 times a year in October (The Gay Scary Shorts), November(The Gay Shorts: Do These Shorts Make Me Look Gay?), February(The Winter Gay Shorts) and most recently added and starting in June of this year(The Summer Gay Shorts)! We could not do any of these annual events without your support of our non-profit organization! Thank you Ted Hane for always believing in me and Steven Roche and all we strive to do there!
